Forum Feature

  1. I've got a dev license and a bunch of clients on Gravity Forms. One or two in particular are fairly technically savvy and came to the forum looking for some support. I understand that the dev license assumes I'm doing support (which is fine) but I wondered if it might be reasonable to get 'child logins' that were read only on the forum?

That would let clients look at the support forum for things already answered which would decrease my support time. It wouldn't really increase your support time since they can't post.

Maybe 5 (or whatever) logins that I would manage and provide as needed to clients? I suppose unlimited would be the best b/c I could farm them out and forget them but I see that could get not sustainable.

  2. Currently the way our support system is setup only the license holder can access it. We will keep it in mind, it has been requested before. When we redesign the Gravity Forms site we plan on making some changes and enhancements but development on Gravity Forms itself comes first.
