    Does Gravity Forms have the ability to create recurring profiles through the Freshbooks integration?

    That is not currently possible. You can create a client, an estimate or an invoice. But recurring profiles are not an option with the Freshbooks add-on currently. We're looking at enhancing all the add-ons in the near future now that version 1.6 is out in the wild. Thank you for the suggestion.

    I would love to see and use this as well *especially if it would allow credit card processing through gravity forms right there on the spot* so they wouldn't have to freshbooks at all.

    Actually I just read this in the Freshbooks Acct settings

    "Recurring Invoices
    [checkbox] Send Automatically
    Recurring invoices are sent immediately to your client when they get created."

    So...assuming you can create a recurring invoice through Gravity forms would it respect this account setting and go ahead and send that first payment through?

    FreshBooks is on our radar as far as Add-On enhancements go. We will take a look at their API to see how recurring profiles can be created and how that will best integrate with Gravity Forms once we begin work on the FreshBooks enhancements.

    We have some other Add-On development we are currently working on but expect to begin development on a variety of FreshBooks Add-On enhancements in January and February of the new year.

    I also would like to vote for adding the "recurring" option to the gravity form freshbooks. Does anybody know if the freshbooks API allows making these requests? I dont need anything fancy... I dont need credit card processing etc I would just like the invoice to be created in the erecurring category... This would be very big b/c i can then select the authorize.net Automated Recurring Billing... This alone keeps me from using this great integration. I found gravity forms when trying to set this up and I am so close to achieving what I need.

    1 x vote for recurring profile set up
    1 x vote for auto sending of recurring profile set up

    If your already awesome integrations (I use 3 of them) had this extra awesome feature, I would only ever have to contact my customers when they stopped paying me. Seriously, Freshbooks' auto-late payment emails mean I hardly ever have to login. Once the above element is included in the add-on, I would probably never have to login.

    Awaiting updates patiently.
