    Project: Generate "PDF Contract" from form & email

    Description:
    I am looking for someone to build an add on that will handle this:

    1. Collect Data from form.
    2. Display data in a pdf contract including ( e-signature )
    3. Attach to notification email after its filled out.
    4. Admin should be able to download a copy from the admin when needed.
