Is there an Advanced Search feature that allows users to Advanced Search all the criteria in this form and a) pull up a list of matching posts or b) send a weekly email with the matching posts or c) generate an RSS feed of the matching posts?
No, this is not a feature of Gravity Forms. If you collect information from a user with a Gravity Form, and you create a post, then you would use WordPress search functions to search the posts. It's unrelated to Gravity Forms.
Can GF enable the user to choose a date at which this post will become hidden? Does GF allow the user to input an address, which will then appear int he post as a Google Maps image?
You can collect a date to hide or 'unpublish' the post, but Gravity Forms will not handle hiding it. You can store that information as a custom field, then you would have to use some sort of plugin to handle post visibility, or a cron job to change the post status of any post with a past date. There may be a plugin available to handle the time-limited posts, but it would have to be added separately from Gravity Forms.
You can accept an address from the user, in your Gravity Form, but adding the map will be something you need to do on your own as well. I've done it in the past. Here is an example: http://gravity.chrishajer.com/embed-a-google-map/
Again, Gravity Forms will collect the data. It's up to you on how to use it.
Can the GF user registration add-on add users that register to a particular membership level within the Wishlist Member plugin? Can the GF user registration add-on enable two different types of users to login next to each other on the same screen "e.g. If you're a Job Seeker, Login Here {login form} If you're an Employer, Login Here {login form}."
Yes, you can set up different levels of members so that the user is integrated with Wishlist Member. Yes, you can offer two different types of registration form on the same page, or in one form, and use conditional logic to hide the one which is not being registered.
