Gravity Form with Mailchimp add-on link not sending to Mailchimp list

I just tested out your site and didn't encounter any issues when submitting the form via the Preview in the admin.

Here is the entry that was created from submitting the form:

Here is the MailChimp opt-in email I received to confirm my subscription:

I then tested by going to the front end of your site and browsing to the Subscribe page where I filled out the form again. Here is the entry that was created:

I didn't click on the confirmation links so a subscriber wasn't actually added, but would have been had I confirmed the opt-in via the MailChimp email.

I'm not seeing any issues testing with the form or MailChimp integration. It appears to be working as intended.
