Gravity Forms Directory and Paypal

  1. I just wanted to see if the following use-case is possible with a Developer License version of Gravity Forms:

    a) A user registers via a custom Gravity Form personal and business details (i.e. name, business address, web address, etc)
    b) They pay $50 via Paypal for an annual membership
    c) Through using the 'Gravity Forms Directory plugin' ( we can list custom fields relating to their business from their original registration page.
    d) They can always login and edit what is in the directory under their listing
    e) They have the possibility to extend this by logging in and paying again
    f) They are reminded via email when payment is due 1 month or similar before their directory listing will expire

If there is some other way to accomplish the same thing, I'm interested in hearing it. We have the kind of customers who won't go on to a subscription that gets billed each year, we need to have them come on manually and renew each year.

    Thank you

  2. a) no problem with Gravity Forms

    b) annual subscription is not a problem

    c) I'm not familiar enough with that plugin to answer the question. Please direct this question to the plugin author Zach Katz

    d) same as c)

    e) this should be possible but I'm not sure under what circumstance you would need it. Can you explain more?

    f) this would require some custom code from you. You could query the entry for the expiration date or renewal date of the subscription, then email them a reminder. This is not something that Gravity Forms will do by itself.
