I am thinking about buying Gravity as I need a solution to use with WP for lead gen.
Have a few questions…
For the cities/states/countries fields can I import a list or do I need to enter them all manually?
Can I set up field validation (for example for zip/postal codes?
When viewing the leads, can I filter them based on fields/submission dates/ect?
Can I export and print the filtered result? What file types can I export to?

Sounds like you know what you want from a solution. Gravity Forms has a demo available at http://gravityforms.com/demo if you already didn't see it.
We have lists for Countries and States, but not cities. You can add onto these built-in lists and make your own lists.
We have basic field validation, but not zip/postal in such that it makes sure they are valid, but more that they don't enter abcdef as their zip.
Leads are searchable and sortable but it doesn't include filtering. Leads can be exported as a CSV.
