Haven't gotten license key yet.

    I never got a license key when I bought gravity forms. Is that sent later? Did I miss it?

    Did you receive the email that contained the download link from e-junkie? The license key should be contained in that same email. If not, check your spam box.

    I have the same problem. I used the link via the website confirmation via purchasing, no email, and my filter is in another country in which I will have to sort through 40,000 blocked messages. Can you provide a more specific email address?

    @mskamahoney Sure, the order would have come from orders@rocketgenius.com and would have contained the license key and download link. I know it was sent to you because we receive a BCC of all order emails and we received the one for your order. We received it at Tue, Sep 7, 2010 at 3:10 PM.

    Couldn't find it I went through spam, trash, everything. Is there any way you can resend it? I did the same thing. Downloaded it direct from ejunkie.

    @acbutler I have forwarded it to both your payment email address and the email associated with this forum login. Please be aware that your existing forum account won't give you access to the private areas of the support site because you did not register using the same email address you used to purchase with.

    You purchased Gravity Forms using a @libery.edu email address but you registered here on GravityHelp.com with a different email address.

    You will need to edit your profile and change your email address to your @libery.edu email address, otherwise you won't be able to access the support forum, documentation, etc.
