Highrise / gravity form add-on fix

For our company's wordpress-based website, I setup a registration form, using "Gravity Forms". I intended to have all registration info sent directly to "Highrise" online software, via this plugin:

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-highrise

However, no information is passing from the Gravity form into Highrise (no errors...just no data showing up).

I may be contacted at jfarnsworth@primaracare.com

Yesterday I discovered that the plugin isn't being actively updated anymore. I really need a way to have registration data sent to Highrise, whether it's via modifying this plugin or creating a separate solution (that won't be broken when Wordpress updates are downloaded).

Please suggest how you could help me, and how many hours it would require.

I may be reached at jfarnsworth@primaracare.com
