Highrise Integration?

  1. I noticed the topic on Highrise integration had been closed, many months ago. But it was mentioned that integration was coming. So I'm wondering, was the topic closed because integration is no longer planned, or is it still in consideration? I'm still extremely interested!

  2. It's still planned for the future, it was closed because there is nothing more that needs to be discussed. We plan on creating a Highrise add-on in the future but there are other add-ons that are a higher priority that we are working on.

  3. I found this a few days ago and it has been working for me. Obviously this is not from rocketgenius - but it does work. I hope others are able to use it until/if something more robust comes along.

This unfortunately doesn't work for more complicated forms, so far it only works for very simple forms. It likely has to do with how they determine which fields line with with the ones in Highrise. Unlike other Gravity Forms plugins, there is no way to assign which fields should line up with the Highrise fields. It tries to do it automatically and it fails miserably on larger forms.

  5. Glide's plugin for Highrise was recently updated.

  6. I just purchased Gravity Forms (business edition) for sole purpose of integrating with Highrise.

After activating the plugin, the "highrise" option doesn't show up on the "Forms" menu in Wordpress like the other plugins do. Readme for highrise plugin says it should show up there.

Does ability to use this plugin require developer edition, or is something else wrong?

  7. The Highrise plugin was developed by Glide, so i'm not entirely sure how it works. But I just installed it on my test site and it appears fine. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/W0S7V.png

The only suggestion I can make is if you have the Members plugin activated for role management, edit the Admin role and make sure ALL the Gravity Forms capabilities are checked. They may have mimicked our other Add-Ons and implemented role management.

  8. I'm having an issue integrating HighRise and Gravity Forms as well. Every time I attempt to fill out a form that should be HighRise integrated, I get an error saying that First and Last name fields are required for HighRise integration. I've tried all sorts of combinations to get the First & Last name fields to be recognized by the plug-in, but none work. Any advice.

  9. @zyrra, you will need to contact the plugin author for support on the Highrise add-on. That was not developed by Rocketgenius/Gravity Forms.
