    Hello,

    I am working on a form for a client that would allow patients to fill out their medical release forms online prior to coming in for their appointment. Is there a way to tie a digital signature to a Gravity Form?

    We're looking into a digital signature solution that one user recently implemented but I'm not aware of any easy way to tie a digital signature into your form at this point. Also, I'm not sure which solutions meet or don't meet HIPPA guidelines. That is something we plan on researching further, but for now you'd have to find a solution that meets the guidelines and create some kind of custom solution to integrate it with your forms.
