How come I can't access the support?

I bought a developer license Friday. Created an account using the email I used to buy the license. When I try to access documentation, I get a message saying I don't have permission.

  2. I don't see any record of a purchase with the email address you're using on your profile here. Double check to make sure you've registered with the correct email address.

I did find your transaction and it was with another gmail email address. You can go to the "my account" page and then update the email address to the one you used for your purchase then save the settings. Verify that you can view the protected content and then you can go back to the account page and change your email address back to whatever you prefer.

I emailed you as well on the chance that you couldn't access my reply here.

  3. Hi Kevin,

I'm having the same issues. This account was purchased by our design firm but I need access to the documentation as well. Is our account in good standing?

  4. @dtelepathy If the account was purchased by the design firm you would need to have them register and create a login and then use their login. Support access is restricted to the owner of the product. As I don't know what email address they used to purchase with, I can't verify that the account is in good standing. Check with the design firm and have them register and create an account using the email address that was used to purchase Gravity Forms. Then have them provide you with that login to access support.

Thanks for the clarification. I was confused because I always log into paypal with one email account, but I have set the inner paypal settings to send sellers a different email address (which I had forgotten about).
