How do I allow users to edit their submissions?

  1. When users submit their form on my site, they fill out a profile and create their own account. How do I give them access to the information they entered and allow them to edit it after it has been submitted? Should I have them create an account before they submit the form?

You can't currently easily create a system to allow users to edit their own entries. Gravity Forms hooks into the permissions system that WordPress uses, and it just isn't currently fine grained enough to do so. Even if they created an account, it wouldn't let them necessarily edit their submitted details. There are many threads on this forum of people that have hacked together solutions.

  3. I've seen a few of those hacked together solutions. Can you recommend any one in particular?

I haven't tried any personally, nor do I know what will exactly fit your situation, so I am going to just point in the general direction of the search bar...lol I wish I could help more. We are working on integrating such a feature, but there is no ETA on release as of yet.
