    Best way to set up add on and customize profiles for each user who fill out form.
    Trying with directory plugin but it is not working.

    Gravity Forms will collect the data from your visitor. Extending the user profile is not something that Gravity Forms can help you with. Here are a couple explanations of how to add and remove fields from the user profile:

    Create the form to collect all the data you want. That is step one. Let us know when you have accomplished that.
