I would like to serve up a short test and take users to a results page.
For example, http://shouldiquittest.com - you choose either A or B and on the results page you get a score out of a hundred. I emailed the person who created the test and he said he used Gravity Forms. But I do not see creating tests listed on the features page.
Before I buy, I just wanted to make sure I can create simple tests and send users to a results page.

Yes, picking the license really has only a few major factors:
1 - How many sites do you plan to run?
2 - Do you need access to any add-ons?
3 - Is access to priority support important to you or will forum support be ok?
