How to incorporate the fields into my opt in boxes

  1. I create a form with multiple pages and having a programmer create opt-in boxes as in http://www.rent2ownhotlist.com. How does get to the code (what file) to get to the fields of the form to input them into my opt-in boxes? He knows CSS etc I don't so that is why I hired him.

  3. Take for example the fields First Name and Email in the URL http://www.rent2ownhotlist.com and suppose I create a form in GF with First Name and Email fields. How do I now take those fields and put them inside an opt-in box like in the URL mentioned?

  4. If your dev knows anything about HTML/CSS then he shouldn't have a problem doing this for you, and you shouldn't have to ask, so that's red flag #1 (just for your sake).
