How to incorporate the fields into my opt in boxes

  1. I create a form with multiple pages and having a programmer create opt-in boxes as in http://www.rent2ownhotlist.com. How does get to the code (what file) to get to the fields of the form to input them into my opt-in boxes? He knows CSS etc I don't so that is why I hired him.

  2. Not following exactly what you are looking for here? What do you mean by "how does get to the code to get to the fields of the form to input them in my opt-in boxes"?

  3. Take for example the fields First Name and Email in the URL http://www.rent2ownhotlist.com and suppose I create a form in GF with First Name and Email fields. How do I now take those fields and put them inside an opt-in box like in the URL mentioned?

  4. If your dev knows anything about HTML/CSS then he shouldn't have a problem doing this for you, and you shouldn't have to ask, so that's red flag #1 (just for your sake).

This is how you place forms on a page, there are a variety of different ways to do so:
