I Need a order form with login and other options

  1. I'm searching for an order form plugin with login and several other options.

This Worpress website isn't a webshop, but it's a website where you can order car parts. The people who visit this website know what they want to order.

    Now the options I want:
    - login with password and name, so people who comes here a second time don't have to fill there adres and other data again
    - also options to order without login (if possible)
    - all kinds of field choices (dropdown, e-mail, selectionfields, comment field, etc.)
    - 3 fields where people can fill in what they need (by words or numbers) and if they fill in the 3th field, again 3 new fields. And so on, and so on.
    - a selectionfield where they have to accept the terms and conditions
    - after they push the send button the costumer sees a ordering overview, if it's okay they push an accept/order button
    - after they push the accept/order button the costumer get's an e-mail about what they order and also an email go's to the supplier

Can I do this with one of your products? And wich product?
    Is there also some support?

  2. login with password and name, so people who comes here a second time don't have to fill there adres and other data again

Login is a WordPress function. If you have already registered the user, they will be able to log in to your site, and you can populate fields in the form with information from their profile. To register users, you can use our User Registration add-on (Developer license required.)

also options to order without login (if possible)

You can do this. There is no requirement that someone using your form be a logged in member.

all kinds of field choices (dropdown, e-mail, selectionfields, comment field, etc.)

These types of fields are all included in Gravity Forms.

3 fields where people can fill in what they need (by words or numbers) and if they fill in the 3th field, again 3 new fields. And so on, and so on.

Gravity Forms has a list field which can have 3 columns, and when all the columns are filled, the user can "add one more row" by clicking the plus sign. You can see an example of this type of field in use here: http://gravity.chrishajer.com/family-reunion-rsvp/

a selectionfield where they have to accept the terms and conditions

This too is possible. You can show the terms and conditions, then have a checkbox to indicate they accept them. One of our user's has posted a tutorial on his blog of how to accomplish this. There are many ways to do it, but here is one: http://bit.ly/ZcycKV

after they push the send button the costumer sees a ordering overview, if it's okay they push an accept/order button

This can be accomplished using this functionality which was written by one of our developers. http://gravitywiz.com/2012/08/04/better-pre-submission-confirmation/

after they push the accept/order button the costumer get's an e-mail about what they order and also an email go's to the supplier

The user notification is a feature of Gravity forms, and it can include information about what they ordered. An admin notification can be sent to your supplier separately and can contain different information from the user notification.

Can I do this with one of your products? And wich product?

If you have just one site, and do not need the User Registration add-on to register users, you can start with a personal license. If you need the User Registration add-on, you will need a Developer license to have access to that.

    Is there also some support?

All licenses come with access to the support forums. The Developer license additionally comes with access to our Priority Support.

If you have any more questions or need clarification, please let us know. Your questions so far were all very good.

  3. Okay, thank you for quick responding.

    1. So all the parts that I need in this form are possible??

    2. The only thing I don't understand is the registration part for users. Is it possible in Wordpress that users login to the website with a lot of information like e-mail, adresses, Tax number? Do I need a plugin for this, or is this standard in Worpress installed? And can this information respond with this information in this plugin?

These answers are the most important because I need a function for people who order weekly or something.

If I want all these things I asked, is that 1 plugin download, or more plugins?
And what is the price or prices?

  4. 1. Yes

    2. I would recommend the Gravity Forms User Registration add-on. WordPress does not support those extended details in the registration process.

    3. There are several plugins you will need:

    Gravity Forms
    Gravity Forms User Registration add-on

There may be others to fill specific needs as you go forward, but I cannot anticipate what those might be.

The price for a Developer license to Gravity Forms is $199 for the first year, with renewals being discounted.

You can read about our licenses here:
    http://www.gravityforms.com/purchase-gravity-forms/

    and our add-ons here:
    http://www.gravityforms.com/add-ons/

In addition to installing plugins, there is some code you will need to add to tie all the pieces together. Nothing out of the box is going to do everything you want. You will need to do some work, or hire someone competent and familiar with Gravity Forms to do this with you.

  5. Okey, $ 199,- is to much for me.

Isn't it possible to buy the business version ($ 99,-) in combination of the standard login function of Wordpress.
Will I have the same possibilities then? Only without the login? If I pay that price I earn nothing for creating this website, and then I pay for making a website for my client

You can do most of what you need, but you won't have access to our User Registration Add-on and thus no extended registration details.

  7. What's the price if I want this version with all the possibilities I asked before. And will I get a full license for more than one website?

You will need to purchase the developer license if you want everything, including User Registration, and with that license level, you can install it on an unlimited number of sites that you run.

  9. What's the price for that?
    And for less licenses?
