I want to buy... does it allow users to post pictures?

    does Gravity Forms allow a user to upload their own pictures? not ( links ) to the picture files, but actually post the pictures?

    there is a GF forum question about this very same thing, but the page is empty, and gives a generic "not allowed access..." message.

    if the forms can allow this functionality i will buy right now, but just looking for confirmation on that.

    anybody have an example to show for something like this?

  2. Yes, Gravity Forms can allow users to create posts by filling out a form and then includes uploading post images. You would have to configure the Post Body to output these using the Post Content Template functionality of the Post Body field when creating your form.

    wow nice... easy enough to include the image into the post body. really great how that worked.

    couple things remain... so now i want to permit up to 5 pictures included in the post.
    referencing one post through the mechanism you described was nice and easy, but scratching my head over how i would reference multiple images in the post body.

    the default configuration for one photo is this:

    {Post Image:2:large:left}

    i hope it's as simple as copy & paste that one line, and change a minor parameter.

    lastly... the thumbnail in my blog. usually this is traditionally achieved by adding a custom field below the body called THUMB and the value was something like this:
    <img src='http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/11/mypic.jpg'alt=''/>

    is there a place that i can simply include the THUMB field, and the 1 line where i can replace the path with:

    {Post Image:2:large:left}

    thanks in advance for any useful info on this process!

    would love too... I went to the 'Member Content', and Forums, but the URL is the same.
    http://forum.gravityhelp.com/** is that right? i feel like my forum Q's will land right back in the wrong space.

  7. You post a new topic, then below the content there is a "post in forum" selector for which forum you want to post in. You want to choose "Gravity Forms" which is listed under "plugin support"

    Hmmm... interesting, thats kinda cool. :) Never thought to use it as a submission engine for listing.

    This could be extremely flexible ..
