iContact

  1. Since I have not yet bought Gravity Forms I cannot look at the forum posts on this

    1) is there a way to integrate iContact?
    2) if I have to use Aweber, when they fill in the form can the info they entered be emailed to myself and another person?

  2. Hi mozakdesign,

1 - There is a third-party add-on which provides an iContact integration solution with Gravity Forms:

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravity-forms-icontact/

2 - The Gravity Forms notifications are separate from any notifications handled by the app being integrated with. So yes, you could send an email to whoever you'd like. :)

  3. Do I need to buy the $99 version of gravity forms for this or will the $39 work?

  4. Finally - how often to users have to "buy" the plugin. i.e. if I buy the plugin this year, do I need to buy it again next year since WP keeps updating?

Also - if I get the developer's licence - can my clients get updates within the year or do I need to do it w/my password? For example, with BackBuddy the ID gets linked to the site so my login is not needed once I set things up for upgrades to happen

PS - Thanks for the quick support

  5. I believe the third-party iContact add-on will work with any version of Gravity Forms. For the official Gravity Forms Aweber plugin, you would need the Business License ($99).

  6. Your license must be renewed yearly for continued support and automatic upgrades.

If you purchase the developer license, you would enter your license key on your client's websites and they would be able to automatically upgrade any time a new upgrade was a available. :)
