After saving a new form, form creator would give user the options:
1. Create Page to Display Form? (name it, select template, select parent)
2. Create Page to Display Existing Results? (name it, select template, select parent)
The website owner is responsible for creating the Page templates to Display Results. Easy enough if shortcode exists. Example templates might include
Contacts Template- displayed in a block format
List Template- displayed in a spreadsheet-like format
