Include Gravity From in a Site we Plan to Sell

    Hi, just wondering how this might work.

    Say we develop a WP site that includes Gravity Form (of course after we pucrchase developer liscence) can we resell the site on say themegarden.com and include the form we created?

    Your license cannot be distributed or resold. So you couldn't include it if you are selling a theme. It's acceptable to allow a client to use your license when doing custom work, but reselling a theme on a marketplace site is not classified as custom work and only the license holder has access to support, updates, etc.

    But what you could include with the theme is the export file for the form, which is an XML file. So if the person purchasing the theme wants to use Gravity Forms they can purchase it and import that XML file.
