Info at top of form not displaying

    Hi,
I have the following text that is supposed to display at the top of my form:
"We would love to hear from you! Please fill out this form and we will get in touch with you shortly."
    The form is this one:
    http://fluttermail.com/contact

The text should be displaying in a GravityForms label, which is 'top aligned'.
Any ideas why it is not displaying at all?

    Thank you

  2. When inserting a form, you have the option to show the form title and description

Make sure you've checked those options when you embedded the shortcode. Most likely, your shortcode has the "description=false" parameter being passed and it's not being output

if so, you can simply remove the "description=false", update the page and the description will appear above your form

Thanks Kevin - that fixed the problem.
I have another question - there doesn't seem to be very much vertical spacing between the two lines of text I now have at the top of the form. It doesn't seem to be obeying how text appears in the rest of the site. Is there anything I can do to fix that?

  4. Yes, of course. You can simply wrap your description in a paragraph tag so it inherits the line-height rules the same as the other paragraph content in your site.

<p>We at FlutterMail would love to hear from you! Please fill out this form and we will get in touch with you shortly. Our goal is to provide the best email marketing service, and fast support is just one part of that.</p>
