I want to install the user registration member

1° I have a developper licence
2° on my wp admin, I go to the 'form' menu, 'add ons' sub menu, I hit the install button on the user registration part, it directs me to Connection Information on the plugin in page
I fill with my ip/login/pass such as I would do with any plugin in
3° I get the following error message
Install package not available.
is there an alternative way to install that add on?
