Recently launched a new ordering system and we're experiencing intermittent problems with the Authorize.net integration. We are seeing ~15% of our entries in Gravity Forms with no associated entry at Authorize.net.
These records are display the following characteristics inside of each Gravity Forms record:
- Payment Status: Approved
- Transaction Id: N/A
- Payment Amount: $0.00
- Total: NULL
These records have NO associated data at Authorize.net. I went through and tested multiple fake card numbers, incorrect addresses, etc and wasn't able to reproduce this issue.
Any idea what may be causing this? What can I do to debug it further?
