Is this too complicated for me?

    I know zero about code.

    I just want a simple opt in form that looks pretty, with a constant contact add on.

    Is this going to be too complicated for me to use? I need something that's plug and play.

    If I don't need to be scared, can I purchase the "personal" license to use on my one page, or do I need the business license if I want to use the constant contact add on?

    You'll need to talk to the developers of the Constant Contact add-on to see if they require any specific license. We don't on our end, and you should be able to use a personal license. Gravity Forms is very easy to use, please try our demo at http://gravityforms.com/demo
