Issue with automatic update to latest version

    I get this error message when trying to automatically update to the latest version:

    Could not copy file /www/www/wp-content/upgrade/gravityforms_1.tmp/gravityforms/change_log.txt

    What do I need to change to fix it? Thanks, Carl!

    This appears to be a file permissions issue. You need to check the file permissions on the wp-content folder, your server can't move the files because of file permissions.

    Thanks, Carl. Something wierd is going on with my server so this clarifies what I need to tell the isp.
