Kevin, Do you know the reason for this?

  1. This is driving me crazy.. sometimes it goes through with multiple selections and sometimes it does not... And when it does go through, I don't get all the selections that were chosen in my notification email

  2. Not sure offhand what this might be, but we'll take a look at it.

On an unrelated note, your form button looks more like an ad banner and not so much like a button to me. It took me a bit to realize that was actually the button. Just mentioning it because it might affect your form conversions if it's confusing to folks.

  4. Scott, the tabindex is also messed up on that page since there is a comment form there. You might want to remove the comment form (why would anyone leave a comment on a page with a contact form?) or, if you want the comment form there, you might want to change the tabindex so people can tab through the form normally.

  5. Hi Illinois, This was just a test page until I got it working hidden from my website through exclude pages... The comment thing on the bottom is the default Word Press comment box that shows up on all pages unless unchecked.. Its was not made with the Gravity Forms plugin and I had just forgot to turn it off since the page really was not live yet..

Not sure about what tab index you were talking about.. Was it the side bar with pages, categories, commmments ect... ??

I did remove the comment box off the page but form is still not working when selecting multiple options..

    Thx... Scott

  6. No worries Scott: if you remove the contact form from your final page, there won't be a problem. The problem comes when there are two forms on a page, on GF and one WP. When you tab between fields in your Gravity Form, you end up in the contact form sometimes, due to duplicate tadindexes, automatically added by two different functions.

The solution I linked to was to change the tabindex so you don't have a problem tabbing between fields. If you have just one form on your final page, everything will be fine.
