Label attribute for="" not unique

  1. Two polls from 2 different forms on the same page.

    Poll 1 = Form 1
    Poll 2 = Form 2

    Both have three options.
    When clicking on label number 1, it activates the other radiobox also because the have the same for="choice_1_0"

    Poll: 1.5
    WordPress: 3.5.2

    Hope this gets fixed by making adding a unique prefix or suffix?

  3. Developing local so don't have a live enviroment.
    But I dit save-as the page, zipped it and opened the page.
    Toggle the 2 lines below the word Polls
