I purchased my product from you over 18 hours ago and I still don't have a licence key by email or on my account nor any reply to my support question. I bought the product to build an urgent order fom that needed to go live this morning. Is this the usual procedure as I think people should know about it before they buy?
Please ask someone to get back to me urgently with a licence key.
