Hello,
basically; I'm going to have a few different forms, for example an I.A. division and more. The IA is because Internal Affairs. We want them to only see the Internal Affairs Entries.
No other user group should be allowed, is there a way todo this?
Currently there is no way to do this without writing your own custom code to implement this functionality.
Gravity Forms supports WordPress role management so you can use plugins like the Members plugin to implement role management capabilities:

But it doesn't get as granular as per form. A user can or cannot view entries, but not on a form by form basis.
Can you tell me if your answer to this question is still correct? I'm hoping you have added the capability for admins to see entries for specific forms based on their Role and other admins to see entries to other forms based on THEIR Role. If not we will need to write our own custom code.
Currently this isn't a feature. Right now role management isn't as granular as allowing certain users to view certain form entries. It's either they can view form entries or they cannot view form entries. However, this could make a good Add-On. A way to control access on a more granular level.
Thank you for your reply. We will need it in the next couple of weeks so we will need to write something custom ourselves. Would love to see an Add-On soon though!
Any hints you can provide to make this happen?
