Limit to records when exporting

    I am looking to use gravity forms to run contests essentially. I believe that we may have up to a half million entries in one form. Will the system still be able to export the CSV files on record sets that large? Have you experienced an upper limit?

    The limitation will be with your server, not within Gravity Forms. However, I am guessing with 1/2 million entries that the export routine will not work, and you will have to go directly to the database to pick your contest winner.
