We are a coalition of non-profits trying to build an application that allows staff members from our agencies to be able to walk through a simple, visual guide to the services of each organization to find the best-fit service and contact person for a client’s needs, then be able to start a referral to the proper recipient, using gravity forms and additional plug-ins if necessary. There are also some more complicated aspects like generating a follow-up email and also displaying some basic reports.
