Looking for help developing 3 calculators for a printing website

    A client would like to develop 3 simple (I think) calculators with Gravity Forms. Here are examples of the forms.
    http://www.pixus.com/design-tools/file-size-calculator.html
    http://www.pixus.com/design-tools/dpi-calculator.html
    http://www.pixus.com/design-tools/proportion-calculator.html
    We would, of course, provide the data to construct the form/calculator.
    Let me know if you can do this and any examples of similar work.
