Mail form as pdf

  1. Is it possible to send the information as a pdf from a form to my email?

  2. Gravity Forms will not email a PDF. The entry notifications are sent as HTML or plain text emails. You could accomplish sending a PDF of the entry, but it would be a customization. It's not built in.

Here is a thread discussing this topic: http://www.gravityhelp.com/forums/topic/pdf-generation-add-on

What is the best way to vote for this feature? The linked thread is closed for comment but it says that features will be rolled out based on how many people request them. It also says that presumably based on quantity of previous requests, a PDF generation addon is not a priority at the moment. I really want PDF generation ability. I have inquired about it in the past and I see several other users have done the same but all in separate threads. Where do we officially register that this is the feature that would be most useful to us, all in one place so that we may be counted and included in your road map?

  4. I will move this to the feature requests forum and leave it open. It's currently possible to do this, although it's not a built in feature of Gravity Forms. It would require some customization. Thanks for the +1

I would love to see a better method to implement this as a PDF. That other discussion is close now btw... Another great option would be to have an easy way to view the form in an HTML submitted form, so it would essentially have the form, formatted the same way, although except for text input boxes you just had the submitted value in some sort of div, span or whatever so you could print the page in that manner.
