Mail from Bluehost

  1. Hi, I was just wondering before I made this purchase if it can be confirmed that this works smoothly and properly with Bluehost. Many WP contact forms when used on Bluehost, use an email like username@box###.bluehost.com. This looks less than professional but can also be confusing for some. Does Gravity Forms have a work around for this?

Hi CIX, Gravity Forms uses WordPress' mailer, but if you install and configure a SMTP plugin, you could change the sendmail to go through Gmail or another third party service, which would allow you some more control and a bit more professionalism. Also, we don't say that notifications will work with any host because there is no way we could test them all, but I have seen others on the support forum required to use the SMTP plugin to get around sendmail issues on bluehost.
