Mailchimp add-on not doing anything

  1. I have installed and configured the Mailchimp add-on, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Also, I am no longer receiving admin notifications.

I am running WordPress Multi-site, and Gravity forms on a developer license.

Any suggestions on what to look for? Is there a way to get some debugging data from what the add-on is or isn't sending to the Mailchimp API?

Can you tell me more about the versions of your set-up, also can you try the following?

Have you gone through and set-up the feed for it?

Were you able to select details from your Mailchimp account?

  3. There seem to be no plugin conflicts.

    WordPress 3.4.1
    PHP 5.2.11 (safe_mode off)
    libcurl/7.21.1 OpenSSL/0.9.8b zlib/1.2.3

    Gravity Forms 1.6.4.5.4
    Gravity Forms MailChimp Add-On 1.6.3

I have gone through the setup of my Mailchimp feed, and seemed to have done so succesfully. I connected my MC list to a form, and mapped the E-mail field. Double optin in is set to yes, but i've checked and setting this to no doesn't help.

I have checked in my Mailchimp account and there are no API calls being registered under "Last 24 hours of API calls".

    Thanks for your help.

Can you send admin login details for your WordPress site as well as a link to this forum thread to peralty@rocketgenius.com so I can take a look at it?

  5. I'm having the same problem. API key is set up, form feeds are set up, form submits fine, but nothing happens on the Mailchimp side.

    WordPress 3.3.2
    Gravity Forms Version 1.6.4.3.2
Gravity Forms MailChimp Add-On Version 1.7

If you are running WordPress multisite, can you move everything from the network to site level please and re-try? Also, Delta, can you update to the latest version of WordPress?
