MailChimp Add on Not Sending to MC List

    I've seen previous posts with this issue but it seems like I need to start a new thread for my site. Same as others--I see the entries for my form, but they are not being added to my MailChimp list.

    Where can I send my info, and what exactly should I send?

    Hi, houseofgrays,

    You can use the Contact Us form in the forum to send the requested information. Reference this forum post so we know what it goes with. To troubleshoot the issue we would need the following:

    - WordPress admin login for the site
    - FTP login for the site
    - MailChimp login

    Hi, Athen,

    Please do pass along your info too. I did some testing using my MailChimp account and haven't had any issues with the submissions being added to the list, so we will need to look at each person's issue.
