MailChimp API error message

  1. When we try to add a new feed under Forms > mailChimp, we're getting the following error message:
"Could not load MailChimp contact lists.
Error: Invalid Mailchimp API Key: d922fbbc07add3f0e6e5a52ba302b008-us2 . You are accessing the wrong datacenter - your client library may not properly support our datacenter mapping scheme."
But we're not seeing a place to enter a separate API key.
We're seeing this error on about four different sites that are in development, so it doesn't appear to be an isolated problem.
Any help would be great - MailChimp said they couldn't help us out.

  2. In order to look into this we would need you to send us a WordPress admin login for a site having this issue AND your MailChimp login so that we can do testing with both your MailChimp account and your WordPress site. You can send this information to us via our Contact Us form here and reference this post:

The error is coming from the MailChimp side. It's saying you have an invalid key.

  3. Thanks Carl - that's what we thought. We followed it up with them again today and things appear to be "magically" working now.
