When I click on MailChimp (under Gravity Forms), then click on the link to "Create one!", the drop down box on the next page to select a MailChimp list has "Select a MailChimp list" then two blank spots. I've tried uninstalling both the add on and the main plugin, deleting both then reinstalling both with no success. I've also created a new API key within MailChimp and tried that with no luck.
Any ideas?
