Make 'Other' field function work for checkboxes

    I dig the 'Other' fill in functionality that you can turn on in a Radio button field. It would be great if we could also do this on checkbox fields!

    I 3rd this request! for now I have added a single line field labeled optional but it would be nice to have it, since that is an option for radio buttons.
