Mapping dropdown values to a dropdown user meta values

    I have added a dropdown field to a user registration - add new user form as follows:

    Field Name: Agency Group

    Dropdown Values:
    Corporate Traveller
    Magellan Group
    Jetset Travel
    etc
    etc

    This field is an existing field created in our user meta and I'm trying to work out "if" and "how" to map these dropdown values can be mapped from the user registration form I have created?
