Is it possible to make a page like these two:

I would like a page similar to the sites named above.
The users should be able to submit news with a picture attached.
The news the users have submitted should then be displayed on another page where other users can read it, and maybe comment on it.
I would also like a form where users can write an article and submit it. Then other users will be able to read it on another page, and again maybe be able to comment it.
Is it possible with gravity forms?
I am using Wordpress Multisite with Buddypress installed
