One can export form in Gravity Forms.
Then perhaps we can share what you've done to others. Could not they have a page here where you can upload the form so others can download it OR if Gravity Forms creates different defult form that could be downloaded if you wish. A download page with the files and information about the form, along with various screenshots
I think it would be appreciated and so you avoid the "reinvent the wheel!" :-)
