I need a middle name or middle initial option for the Name field. I don't see this option though. It would be tremendously helpful as many forms require middle initial and most school and government type forms require full middle names. Is this a built-in feature already and I'm just not seeing it?
If not, what is the best way to work-around this? I am thinking I'll have to use 3 [ single line text ] fields?
Will you add this to a future release?
We don't have this field option currently, it might be added in the future. For now, three input fields using gf_inline should give you what you need. All my best!

Might be added in the future? You should definitely make it happen. Seems like it wouldn't be to difficult to add this option, given the great amount of options you've already built into the plugin.
It's a solid plugin overall, I was just kind of surprised no middle name option. Thanks for the feedback. For now I'll use three input fields and styling as you suggested.
I'm not a developer, so I can only make suggestions and the development team will focus on the things most needed and requested, while sometimes adding in the things that look easier like a middle name field (which would require more changes than just adding the option in as we have to store the values, etc...)
I'm going to move this thread to the Feature Requests forum as our developers keep an eye on that sub-forum.
