    If i purchase either the multi-site license or the developer license, is there a monthly fee?

    Nope. Your license would be good for one year from the date of purchase.

    After one year will I have to repurchase a new license at full price. Or will I just lose some of the support features.

    "License renewals after the first year for the Developer License will be at 50% off the price of the Developer License."

    There is additional good information in that topic as well. You would lose access to updates, new add-ons, and support forums, if you don't renew your license. The plugin will continue to work.
