Move completed form entry to a new choice

    Hello,

    i was wondering if it is possible if someone completes a form based on a selection and then decides to have a different selection at a later date..... e.g. someone enters a race in an "under 45 year old division" choice then realizes that they should have entered "under 35 year old division" instead. Is there a way to move the form to a different division without deleting the original and having the person fill out the form again. This is particularly important where payment is made so refunds do not have to be given and then the entrant have to pay again when perhaps the form could just be moved to the other choice division.

    So are these different forms based on Age or just selections in the same form? Administrators can edit some fields in form entries. Can you not change his selection in the Entries screen?

    Sorry, not easy to explain i have separate forms for a soccer tournament Boys U14 Gold Division, Boys U14 Silver Division...... if someone enters the wrong division and needs to be moved to the other division, is this possible after form completion where the entry it can be moved to the correct division.

    Someone completes form for gold division and pays...... "ooops i chose the wrong division, can i change please"

    Could i then move that entry to the other division without having to carry out a refund and have them fill out the other form and pay again?
