Move labels to above fields

    For the credit card (Authorize.net) fields, how can the labels be moved to above the fields? The rest of the form has the fields on top as defined in the Form Settings / Label Placement. Thanks

    Please share a link to the page on your site where the form is embedded so we can help you move the sublabels.
