    Hi there!
    Does the Multi-page form auto save the progress of a user even if the form hasn't been submitted yet?

    No, it does not save until the final submit button is pressed. There is a third party add-on that allows the storage of incomplete forms by logged in users, but that's currently the only way to approach that feature.
