Is it possible to add one gravity form to multiple wordpress multisites and then get separate reporting from each website. Is the a way to determine which website the single webform was submitted from and be able to look at all the submissions from the network admin dashboard?

Each site would have its own Gravity Forms tables. You can't manage Gravity Forms from the network level. It is a site level plugin only. So each submission form on a site would only show entries on the site you are actively on.
