I wanted to know if it is possible for me to add this information to the form, where I could provide my customer a picture of an image and allow them to pick that image with different colors. Something similar to this:

You might be able to do that, but it would be kind of a hack in Gravity Forms. We have something called conditional logic where you could swap out different images using it. You could have a bulleted list which are replaced with the colour choices and then based on what the user picks, you show or hide a different image.
